2. Information We Gather

3.2 Mikro.blog may display your IP address to the owners or maintainers of certain blogs, groups or communities when you post to those blogs, groups or communities and the owner or maintainer has enabled functionality for this purpose.

5.1 Mikro.blog does not share Personal Information we learn about you from your use of Mikro.blog's Sites, Services and Software with others, except as described in this policy.
5.4 Mikro.blog is not responsible for how any third party uses, distributes or keeps your Personal Information. 5.9 When you post a message, your user ID or alias that you are posting under may be visible to other users.
5.10 When you post a message on or through Mikro.blog's Sites, Services and Software, you have the ability to post a message which may include Personal Information. Before you post any Personal Information, make sure you are comfortable with that content being shared with Mikro.blog and displayed on and transmitted through Mikro.blog's Sites, Services and Software.
5.11 If you post Personal Information online that is accessible to the public, please be aware that you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return.
6.1 We may allow advertisers, third party advertising networks and third-party advertising serving companies to serve advertisements directly to you within Mikro.blog's Sites, Services and Software. By serving these advertisements directly to you, these companies can set their own cookies on your computer and trigger their own Web beacons. 7. Information Relating to Children
7.1 We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from children under the age of 13 or knowingly allow children under the age of 13 to register for Mikro.blog's Sites, Services and Software. If you are under 13, do not register or attempt to register for any of Mikro.blog's Sites, Services and Software or send any information about yourself to us. No one under the age of 13 may provide any Personal Information to, on or through Mikro.blog's Sites, Services and Software.
7.2 If we learn that we have collected or been sent Personal Information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that Personal Information as soon as reasonably practical. If you believe that we might have collected or been sent Personal Information from a child under the age of 13, please contact our Customer Support team.
8. Data We Collect Other Than Personal Information
8.1 In addition to the Personal Information you provide to us, we collect data on your use and interaction with Mikro.blog's Sites, Services and Software. Data which we obtain about you, other than Personal Information, is the exclusive property of Mikro.blog and may be used by Mikro.blog in any manner permitted by applicable laws.

9.1 Mikro.blog reserves the right to retain your Personal Information, other data collected about you and content you submit to Mikro.blog's Sites, Services and Software to the extent required by applicable laws, rules and regulations and as reasonably necessary to protect our legal interests.
10. Confidentiality and Security
10.1 No data transmissions over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make efforts to ensure security on our systems.
10.2 If Mikro.blog learns of a security systems breach, we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. By using Mikro.blog's Sites, Services and Software or providing Personal Information to us, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy and administrative issues relating to your use of those Sites, Services and Software. We may post a notice on our applicable web sites if a security breach occurs. If this happens, you will need a web browser enabling you to view the applicable web sites. We may also send an email to you at the email address you have provided to us in these circumstances. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in writing.
